Returns
Because fragrance products are personal-care items, returns may be limited once a product has been opened or used. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the package and item. We will review the issue and help with the next step.
